Looking for Area manager actively worked in Pharma general segment and through knowledge of retail/distributor network..
Will have to drive sales, achieve targets, enhance distribution, guide, motivate and train the manpower.

Post: Area Business Manager

Job Description:
Be a self starter.
Achieve targets as per Area Sales Plan.
Implement strategies for the assigned territory.
Promote products to individual doctors & hospitals in assigned region. Look for additional business by means of tender & government businesses.
Lead and motivate the team members to achieve their sales targets.
Collaborate & cooperate with RSM / SALES MANAGER as & when required.
Dealer Management
Extensive knowledge of the area.
Very good knowledge & contacts of distribution network.
Handle Dealers in the area & participate in technical meetings on their behalf.
Maintain strong professional associations with Dealers.
Responsible for providing timely data / information for CRM entry.
Customer Management & Development
Retain key accounts & create new clientele through demand generation process.
Identify, develop & manage more channels of business in the area. Look after channel as well as direct sales.
Provide solutions to customers to meet their specifications on the basis of techno-commercial discussions.Conduct cme's and doctor meets.
Upgrade existing customers to newer technologies and therapy areas..
Marketing Intelligence
Track & manage market information especially competitor activities.
Report all sales related activities, market trends & competitor activities in the territory to the RSM/Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile:
Experience : min 5 years,1-2 years managerial experience.
Age : below 33 years
Salary-No constraint for right candidate.
Must be a graduate with total experience of 5 years in pharma marketing and sales and out of which at least 1 year of area sales manager experience.
