Job Description:
Tasks
Manpower Management.
Business Development.
Vendor Selection, Negotiation etc
Setting and accomplishing the business objectives and targets.
Organising Workshops, events, Interactive sessions, CME etc
Stock Management.
Requirements
Maximum Age: 45 Years as on 01/07/2013
Scale of Pay DM - Rs.16400-40500
Pay: Annual CTC Rs.5.8 lakhs (approx) at the minimum of the scale
Qualification Essential: B Pharma
Qualification Desirable: MHA/ MPH/ MBA-Healthcare Services/ Hospital Management
Experience Essential: Minimum 5 Years experience in retail pharma industry especially in supervisory cadre.
Experience Desirable: Extensive knowledge of Medical retailing operations including Surgical implants, Medical consumables, Opticals, Medicines, Pharma billing software etc.
