It is hereby notified for the information of all Citizens of India that Ordnance Factory Bhandara intends to engage the following Graduate / Technician / Technician ( Vocational ) Apprentices for Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Acts, 1973 & 1986.
The Citizens of India who are willing for engagement to these apprentices at Ordnance Factory Bhandara and are fulfilling the eligibility criteria as prescribed in this Advertisement, can apply as per the instructions given in this Advertisement.

FULFILLING THE QUOTA OF APPRENTICES
In view of non availability of candidates in allotted subject fields, in order to fulfill the quota, the Apprentices will be engaged in available subject fields and also in combination of Graduate/Technician apprentices, provided availability of training facilities in O.F. Bhandara in that subject fields.
Qualification:
(a) A Diploma in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government.
(b) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University.
(c) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institute recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to (a) and (b) above.
METHOD OF SELECTION :
(i) The Selection shall be made as per Merit of the eligible candidates fulfilling the prescribed Educational and other Qualifications and other relevant criteria.
HOW TO APPLY :
(i) The intending Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply in the enclosed Application Format. They may download the Application Format and after duly filling in and enclosing the attested copies of the required documents (and not Originals), may send the same to The General Manager, O.F. Bhandara under by post superscripting the envelope with the words ?Application for Graduate / Technician / Technician (Voc.) Apprenticeship Training in O.F. Bhandara?.
(ii) Incomplete/incorrect/belated applications shall be rejected.
