Pay For Permanent Post
Scale of Pay    Rs.16400-40500
Annual CTC    Rs.5.7 lakhs (approx.) at minimum of scale

Job Responsibilities: Ability to undertake organic synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredient. Development of bioactive molecules-screening and profiling.

Location: Trivandrum (Kerala)


Qualification: Ph.D (Chemistry - Synthetic Organic)

Experience:
Candidates to be well versed in the following areas during the research :-
Experience in synthesis and characterization of novel heterocyclic compounds.
* To be well versed with modern synthetic organic techniques and functional group transformations.
* Successful history of synthesis, modification and characterization of synthetic organic molecules.
* Should have exposure to semisynthetic enzymatic routes.
* Should be familiar with chromatographic purification techniques and analytical techniques like GC, LC-MS, HPLC.
* Should be well versed with synthetic pathways for pharmaceutically active molecules.
* Experience should be supported with relevant patents and rated publications in peer reviewed journals.
