Post: Manager - Production - Sterile
Job Responsibilities :
To enforce the batch manufacturing as per cGMP requirements in order to obtain high quality products.
To achieve targeted production with span of control.
To impart general training and cGMP training to the subordinates based on the need to nurture good talent in them,with high motivation.
To co-ordinate with interdepartmental functional to carry out day to day activities in a smooth manner minimizing loss of the manhours.
To ensure maintenance plan of machines so as to reduce down time of machines which result in increase of product yield, productivity.
Management and valuation of the work performed by the subordinate staff to ensure implementation of GMP standards and SOP
To assure the in-house specification, SOPs and Master formulae and approvals.
To ensure the Quality policies of the company and compliance.
To lead the Regulatory audit team.
Compilation of daily, weekly and monthy reports and their submission to the leadership team.
To handle Regulatory Audits internationally. Readiness of Plant for the Regulated Markets.
To lead the plant’s Production plan & team towards the goal of the organization
To ensure Safety norms as per EHS policy of the site, meet 100% guidelines.
Preparation of department’s budget & its executions.
Individual’s development Plan & aligning with Pfizer Goals.
Should have complete control on Non Beta lactum department & create a second line of command.
Education/Qualifications
Department PRODUCTION MANAGER - NON BETA LACTUM - Sterile
Experience MINIMUM 10 YEARS
Qualification B Pharm / PG Preferably M PHARMA / PhD
Competency / Skills
Excellent Communication Skills, written / Verbal
Leadership Quality
Cost Effective
Heading Managerial position Held at least for 5 Years
Ready to Travel and Visits 3rd party Locations
Reporting to Global & Site Leader
Training on Aseptic area & Process also have experience with USFDA & MHRA Approved plant
Experience needed
a) Formulation / API - Majorly Formulation experience in a Pharmaceutical , USFDA and MHRA approved plant.
b) Sterile / Non Sterile - Should have good exposure in Sterile manufacturing (Liquid Injectable)
