* Supervision of blister / strip packaging machines
* Trouble shooting
* Machine setting ( should know to do himself although he may not do it )
* Plan the activity (man / machine) in respective area of work.
* Anticipate and work out necessary steps to get optimum productivity.
* Planning the primary and secondary packaging section –around 50 people
* Ensure quality and safety
