Job Requirements:
1. To manage and administer cluster of hospital unit pharmacies
2. To deliver P&L targets for assigned units
3. To ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and NABH standards
4. To maintain a high level of rapport with hospital administration teams and medical consultants
5. To ensure a well-managed and motivated unit operations team
6. To generate and secure new hospital relationships

Candidate Profile
1. BPharma/BSc with strong experience in product/service sales in hospitals
2. Pharmacy operations experience will be preferred
3. Should have managed a team size of atleast 4 direct reports in an Area structure
4. Results focussed and self motivated
5. MS-Excel proficiency
