Job Description:
IP product clearances
IP Concept Evaluation & Landscaping
Non-Infringement analysis
Leverage R&D activities towards provisional patent protection
IP prosecution globally

Candidate Profile:
M.Pharma (Pharmaceutics) with Diploma in Patent Law. Candidates with work experience in Pharma formulations R&D are preferred.
Knowledge of Para - IV fillings.
