Post: Product Manager
1. Reporting to Marketing Manager.
2. Monitoring being responsible for the activities of the product executives.
3. Developing brand names and identify molecules as per corporate strategic goals
4. Designing and development of all promotional inputs (print items) in coordination with graphic designers and divisional heads
5. Developing strategic marketing plan ,Media plan and promotional budgets in coordination with heads
6. Facilitating corporate website development and updation
7. Developing product packaging designs and samples catch covers
8. Execution of countrywise marketing plan ensuring thorough and timely implementation of the same within budgetary limits.
9. Facilitating event management such as exhibitions/ conferences/ trade shows/clinical meetings etc. :
1) Stall designs finalization and arrangement
2) Promotional material (Designing & development)
3) Vendor co-ordination and management of supply chain deliverables
10. Study of IMS & C-MARC data, analyzing an taking positive action.
11. Brand wise medical data updates.
12. Zone wise market research and maintaining market report
13. Brand wise PowerPoint slides for medical & marketing information in coordination with medical advisor & Marketing Manager.
14. Responsible for product pricing decisions and new product launches in various markets
15. Developing leadership position of key brands in target therapy areas and managing responsibility for the same across the product life cycle.
16. Developing and implementing sales promotion schemes and campaigns to ensure sales targets and desired profitability.
17. Should go to market to gather information from various markets to ensure to carry out
1) Implementation of strategies.
2) Feedback of competitors activities
3) Find out & keep a tab on product pricing of various other brands
4) Conduct brand promotion ( campaign & strategies ) meetings at various locations for field force
Education : B.Pharm, B.Sc, MBA
Experience : 2-4 years
