Post: Sales Representative
•Operate according to core business ethics while generating business for MJN Products (and New Products).
•Call on a minimum of 100(One Hundred ) health care professionals specifically pediatricians, gynecologists and General Practitioners with high pediatric practice in private hospitals and private clinics.
•Significantly contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives.
•Call on Chemist Retail Outlets located in and around the government hospitals, private hospitals and private clinics to monitor demand for the Products (and New Products) and to measure the impact of frequency of visit to HCPs, apart from doing POB (Personal Order Booking) every day.
•Achieve monthly call coverage that includes Hit: Miss, Reach and Frequency.
•Execute marketing programs, such as paramedic activity in coordination with Trade Sales Executive / Territory Manager and complete the execution within the stipulated time frame as per KRAs/ KPIs.
•Implement unique, high impact and low cost programs using promotional expense budget for the achievement of the desired business goals, strictly adhering to IMS Act and FCPA.
- Bachelors Degree in Science (B.Sc.,) or Pharmacy (B. Pharm.,).
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Good business acumen and strong desire to drive business growth.
- Basic knowledge of standard computer software applications.
- Basic knowledge of distribution practices.
- Good analytical problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English & local language).
