Job Description:
Person would be responsible for :
*Overall Plant Operation
*Manufacturing and packing activities
*cGMP and Safety compliances
*Development & maintenance of plant in terms of technology & business
*Compliance of statutory requirements
*Cost Control, Productivity Management and improvement
*Recruitment of new employees
*All regulatory audit compliances
Candidate Profile:
*Atleast 10 years of experience in Production (Oral Solid Dosage)
*Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
*Worked for atleast 5 - 10 years in USFDA approved Formulation Plant
*Sound experience in interacting with various audit teams like USFDA / WHO-Geneva/ UK-MHRA / FDA / KFDA etc.
