The National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi, would like to recruit one Staff Scientist - II in the Pay Band-3 of Rs 15600 – 39100 with Grade pay of Rs 5400 for operating Bone Density & Morphology Analyzer using modem technology. The appointment shall be temporary in project mode, tenable till March 2014, with pay and allowances etc. admissible as per the recommendations of VIth Pay Commission of the Government. Other benefits include Medical reimbursement for self only.

Job Description:
Analyze bone morphology, bone density by X-Ray analyzer and carry out bone composition analyses.

Qualifications - PhD in Biochemistry /Pharmacology from a recognised Institute or University with experience of working on Bone Disease models.

Desirable – Experience of work in arthritis, osteoporosis or other bone and cartilage disease as evidenced by publications in reputed journals.
