The office of the Additional Director, CGHS Chandigarh, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, intends to engage retired staff on purely temporary and on contractual basis for CGHS Wellness Centres at Ambala, Amritsar, Jammu, Jalandhar, Shimla, Chandigarh & Srinagar (JK) against the sanctioned, vacant posts of Medical Officer, Nursing Officer, Pharmacist (Allopathic), Junior Health Administrative Assistant, MTS (MA) & LMA approved by the CGHS Directorate.

University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University is a premier institute of pharmaceutical education and research assigned NIRF Rank 2 in the country. The institute set up in the pre-independent India, at Lahore, in 1944 has a prestigious and long history.
