National Institute of Technology Hamirpur is one of the twenty NITs of the country, established in 1986 as Regional Engineering College, as a joint and cooperative enterprise of the Govt. of India and Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. Post: Project Assistant Level-II (one post)
Title of the project: Inhibition offibrillation of beta and gamma-crystallins: an alternate way against cataract
Sponsoring Agency: Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, Govt, of India
Duration of the project: Three years and the position of the Project Assistant Level-II will be co-terminus with the termination of the above mentioned project.
Educational Qualification: M. Sc. 1st Class or equivalent in Chemistry or Biochemistry
Age Limit: 28 years (Relaxable to SC/ST/OBC as per Govt, norms)
Consolidated Fellowship: Rs. 8000.00 (eight thousand only) per month (as per DST norms)
