Walk-in-Interview at Tata Memorial Centre for the Post of Research Fellow

The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is an autonomous Grant-in-aid Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy. The TMC is comprised of the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) and the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH). The TMC conducts Ph.D. program in Life Sciences and is affiliated to the Homi Bhabha National Institute (Deemed University). On-going research at TMC includes basic and translational work in the field of Cancer Cell Biology. Specific research topics includes study of cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, metastasis, tumor immunology, immunotherapy, virology, chemotherapy, and carcinogenesis, gene therapy in animal models, tumor markers, structural biology, proteomics, genomics, genetics, microbiology and biochemistry.

Duration of the Project: One year from the date of appointment.

Title of the Project: “Biological Evaluation of Novel Radiolabeled Preparations in Animal Model of Hepatocellular Carcinoma”.

CONSOLIDATED SALARY : Rs. 12,000/-

Essential Qualifications & Experience :
M.Sc./ M.VSc. with minimum of 55% marks – with work experience in laboratory animal experimentation and animal tissue culture.
