HLL Lifecare Limited is a Mini Ratna Company of Govt. of India under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. HLL, a schedule B Public Sector Enterprise is today a multi product, multi unit organization addressing various public health challenges. The company with five manufacturing units and marketing offices throughout the country is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of contraceptives and healthcare products. The company has also ventured into Infrastructure Development, Procurement & Consultancy Services, setting up of Life Spring Hospitals, Women's Health Pharma Division and setting up of Diagnostic Centres.

Assistant Plant Manager (Regulatory Affairs)
• Should have prepared Dossiers for formulations preferably Hormonal products as per the required format for various countries.
• Should have in depth knowledge on interpretation of Analytical Data and compilation of reports.
• Should be familiar with unit operations of Formulations and GMP techniques.
• Should be computer literate and manage documentation independently.
• Should be conversant with responses to Technical queries from Regulatory authorities on submission of Dossiers.
• Should be familiar with WHO Geneva documentation or any other Overseas format such as USFDA, UKMCA etc.,
• Should be familiar with GMP audit requirements and should have participated in GMP audits.


Assistant Plant Manager (Formulations)
• Should have hands on experience in manufacture of Formulations preferably Hormonal Dosage forms.
• Should be familiar with GMP audits and should have participated in facility audit by Overseas Auditors.
• Should be familiar with various equipments employed in Formulations manufacture.
• Should be conversant with computers handling to carryout day today activities.
• Should be familiar with documentation as required by GMP.
• Should be conversant with QC procedures and interpretation of results.
• Should have experience in interacting with Mech. Dept. and should be experienced in handling labour

 


Assistant Plant Manager (Drug Control Liaison)
• Should be familiar with the Manufacturing process employed for different dosage forms.
• Should be familiar with interpretation of analytical techniques and compilation of reports.
• Should be conversant with various schedule requirements as per D&C Act 1942.
• Should have experience in handling technical queries and response to Drugs Controller queries.
• Should have had exposure to GMP audits.
• Should have participated in audit of Lab by Overseas Auditors.

Assistant Plant Manager (Quality Assurance & Quality Control)
• Should have experience in audit preparation (WHO Geneva, UKMCA, USFDA) of the manufacturing unit along with QC Lab and other QA systems.
• Should have experience in participating in Overseas audits of manufacturing facilities.
• Should have implemented QA systems in formulations preferably Hormonal manufacturing unit.
• Should be familiar with manufacturing process employed and analytical / In process methods.
• Should be familiar with SAP implementation in Pharma Manufacturing plants. And should take up day today implementation
• Should be ready to relocate to Indore
• Should have participated in audit of Lab by Overseas Auditors.
• Should be conversant with handling various lab equipments such as GC, HPLC, UV spectrophotometer TLC etc.,
• Should be conversant with chemical analytical techniques and should have actual analysis experience.

General conditions
a) Positions are at Kanagala, Belgaum Dist. / Indore (Madhya Pradesh) Unit.
b) Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years for OBC and 10 yrs for PH as per Govt. of India Rules.
c) Relaxation in age and experience may be considered for exceptionally competent candidates.
d) Those who are short listed by the Company alone will be called for the interview.
e) Salary will be commensurate  with qualification, experience and competence

Salary: 12600-32500 per month
