Post: Manager - Client Services

Job Description:
1. Responsible for bottom-line for various accounts or multiple accounts as assigned in the area of patient care management and patient outcomes.
2. Active contribution in managing top-line through presales by working closely with the sales team, on assigned accounts for
a. Deployment opportunities for patient care programs
b. Flexible contract terms
c. Cost effective solutions and patient reach
3. Responsible for managing gross margin, project profitability, CSAT, & ESAT
4. Identifying and dealing with short-term and long-term risks for various accounts
5. Active contribution in building short term operational plans and long term strategic plans for the vertical and building a strong team of sales people:

a. Team of patient support executives and patient counselors
b. Dedicated to one client, but can carry multiple brands and/or work a non-traditional schedule
c. Program specifications are discussed up front and hiring is based on agreement to the terms
6. Playing significant role in building capabilities and processes, and developing people to execute on these plans.
7. Establishing partnerships with telecounseling centers across the globe for managing different languages
8. Driving execution while adhering to systems and processes – (operational and legal) laid down by the company and division.
9. Contributing at company level - company annual plans, strategic plans, and business and process development


 

Desired Profile:
1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling operations in BPO or healthcare IT divisions. Advantage would be of a person having experience in sales and branding solutions for pharmaceutical companies
2. Experience in any of the following functions: physician interaction and patient management trends
3. Understanding of Pharma/healthcare industry in one country and an overall understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical field internationally as well
4. Strong understanding of project management, and financial and business acumen
5. Strong people management skills
6. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
7. Passion for networking
8. Keeping abreast of the latest technical/scientific developments and relating them to various projects
