State Health Society (TB), Bhopal invites applications for the following contractual vacancies in the society on contractual basis for a period of one year only.
Post: Store Assistant (State Drug Store)

· 10 + 2
· Diploma in Pharmacy
· Conversant with various computer programming including MS Word, Excel and simple statistical packages
Age Limit & Remuneration: Maximum 62 years Rs. 8000/- per month
Submission of Application to the designated Authority as given below: Joint Director (TB) Health Services and State TB Officer, State TB Cell, Directorate of Health Services, 6th Floor, Satpura Bhawan, Bhopal
Terms & Conditions:-
1. Reservation Policy of the State Government of MP admissible.
2. Candidates should send their applications in attached application format only. In case if the candidates are applying for more than one post, separate envelops should be sent for different posts.
3. Candidates are requested to clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelop in Capital letters.
4. Application should be submitted to the designated authority shown in Column No.08 of the above advertisement. Application should reach within 15 days of advertisement in the news paper, duly addressed to the designated authority. The application received after 15 days of advertisement will not be entertained.
5. Number of Post advertised are tentative.
6. For All posts advertised essential qualification is compulsory, applications with less than essential qualification will not be entertained and no further communication will be done in this regard.
All certificates & supporting documents submitted with the application should be duly signed and self attested. Applications received without required information as above will be liable to be rejected. State Health Society (TB) takes no responsibility for delay, loss or non receipt of the application by Registered/ Speed post.
Candidates who have served for RNTCP in any district but was expelled by State Health Society (TB) need not to apply.
State Health Society (TB), M.P. reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
