How to Get PMT job

Dear sir/ madam,

                                    I am Arpan bais from Delhi..... i am b.pharma and MBA in Marketing and 1 year of Pharma sales experience. Now i want to move my career in to Pmt department but i am Facing  problem...... to get a pmt profile.... and i dont want to do sales job now please kindly suggest me the solutions for a good and sucessful career path.
