We are looking to appoint a female candidate in the age group of 35-45 years, M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutics) with 10-15 years experience in manufacturing, covering all production functions & overall handling day-to-day shop floor activities of solid oral dosage form.
Post: General Manager- Technical Operations
The incumbent, currently at the level of Plant Manager or GM Plant operations with exposure to Audits by USFDA / MHRA/ WHO - Geneva / TGA / EU etc., should have analytical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills & will be totally responsible for the functions coming under her purview.
Key responsibilities: Production planning and achieving goals with optimum utilisation of available resources, implementation of defined regulatory and quality standards in manufacturing process, operation optimization, process enhancement, maintenance of required process documents, validation, internal and external audit co-ordination, in-house / external training etc. and up-kcep of the facility as per the regulatory norms.
The compensation & benefits are commensurate with qualification & experience & are not a constraint for the right candidate.
