Job Description

  • Supports the creation of appraisal and claim support plans for   innovation   projects, category capability projects and the category Discover plan
  • Defines, plans and executes the risk and benefits assessments study plans through applying appropriate evaluation methodology to ensure technology is tested under a wide range of consumer relevant conditions
  • Develops and is responsible for the detail of the appraisal plan and, at an    appropriate stage, the claim support activities required for contract or launch gate.
  • Coordinates appraisal activities within a project to a high professional standard
  • Delivers the planned output according the agreed OTIF milestones
  • Performance appraisal methodology
  • Experimental design
 

Data Analysis
Interpretation of complex data for concise, clear conclusions and communication to a variety of audiences (e.g. mktg, R&D, external)
Basic knowledge of Statistics
Risk assessment methods and processes
Claims Support and demo development
Integration of project objectives, scope, consumer habits to build appraisal plans
Project and resource planning
Basic sensory evaluation skills understanding
Market understanding and putting up challenge strategy

Lateral contact the candidate will be have exposure
- Design-Deploy market model needs close interaction with regions across the globe
- Regions in Scope-South Asia, China, South East Asia, Europe, Latam, South Africa, Turkey
- Global interfacing with Liquid Global design centre
- Interacting closely with strategic partners to develop capabilities leveraging these at global scale. Strategic partners include 3P

Key Interfaces: CTI manager, Technical Project Leader, Fellow design/ deploy technologists, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, CMI.
Educational Qualification – Masters level qualification in science (e.g. chemistry, pharma, Textile)
Experience- 4 to 6 years in CTI or product development or textile industry in testing.
