Job Description:
Preparing Pre Shipment Documents. (Covering Latter, Export Custom Inv., Packing List, S.D.F. Form, Value Declaration, Annexure-1)
Co-Ordination with C.H.A.S & Forwarding Agents.
Follow Up With The Agents For Further Formalities (Documentation Shipping Bill, Bill Of Lading, Airway Bill)
Making Certificate Of Origin Through Various Institutions.
Legalization Of The Documents Trough The Different Embassies.
Preparing the Document Set For The Buyer Trough Bank.
Preparing the Document Set For The Buyer Trough Courier Services.
Co-Ordination With The Bank For Further Documentation. (Advise, Payments, G.R. Enclosing)
Follow up with the Bank for B.R.Cs.
Maintaining The M.I.S. System For The Seniors
Provide Documents To Accounts For Payments & Further Banking Formalities.
Errors Free Filing The Documents Properly.
Checking Various Website For Drawback.
Follow up with the Agents For Landing Certificates, E.P. Copies.
Provide The Proof Of Export To The Factory.
Provide documents to the Agents for license.
Manage Courier Services {Arrange The Courier Pick Up.[International & Domestic]}

Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Exp: 5-10 yrs handling all export related activities
Good command over language
Candidate should be technically sound in matters related to export documentation.
Candidate from pharma industry background preferred.
