Post: Procurement Officer - Palghar

Job Description
- Responsible for end to end Vendor Development and Management for APIs/Excipients and other requirements typically in a Formulations manufacturing environment
- Keep a Close watch on Pricing Trends and ensures Purchases are triggered at right time.
- Negotiate on Vendor terms (like Pricing and Delivery) and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure Vendor Management in accordance with GMP Guidelines.
- Liaison with QA/QC to ensure Product Quality and Handle Returns/Rejection in case of Quality Issues

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (B.Pharm will be Preferred)
- Experience of 2 -3 years in Procurement.
- Excellent Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication, Reasoning & Interpersonal Skills.
- Go Getter & Highly Motivated
- Knowledge of GMP
- Well versed with MS-Office
- Expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain management in the Finished Formulations Pharmaceuticals Company
- Knowledge of APIs/Excipients and various Quality Parameters
- Knowledge of Quality Attributes of the Raw Material and ability to negotiate with vendors on the same
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Procurement Functions for Formulations.
- Ability to handle Procurement for Multiple units
- Experience in usage of SAP software will be an added advantage
