Purpose of Job
• Assist in implementation of quality management system, and to ensure effective implementation, monitoring and control of quality management system.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
• To coordinate training program of the company along with HR.
• Retention sample storage, retrieval, destruction and record keeping as per SOP.
• To coordinate in audit.
• Documents Issue and Control as per SOP.
• To impart cGMP training / induction for a new joiner. Finalizing the training Calendar
• Preparation & review of SOP of the Q.A department.
• To provide necessary documents / data required by CQA and other customers.
• Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review.
• Conduct, monitor and review of compliance of Self inspection Programme.
• Co-ordination with marketing Representative for filling and submitting Vendor Questionnaire
• Retention Sample Collection, Marking and Storage Co-ordination
• Maintain the control sample room with daily updation of control sample list and temperature record.
• Preparation of SOP & list of SOP of the Q.A department
• Follow up for the Revision of SOP due for preparation & updating with all departments.
• Preparation of master list of SOP’s
