Tasks
Product Manager shall be responsibe for the promotion of the assigned brands in the market to achieve the targeted market share. He / She shall co-ordinate with the agency and develop strategies for maximizing the market share, shall develop innovative promotional plans for enhancing the distribution reach for the brands and develop communication to reach the consumers through ATL, BTL and digital medium
Requirements
Maximum Age: 40 years (For DGM) - 45 years (For DVP) as on 01/10/2015
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs.29100 - 54500/- (For Dy. General Manager) / Rs.32900 - 58000/- (For Dy. Vice President)
Annual CTC (Non-metro): Rs.11.4 Lakhs (For Dy. General Manager ) / Rs. 12.9 Lakhs (For Dy. Vice President) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale
Consolidated Pay Range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.50, 000 (Min) - 80, 000 (Max) (For Dy. General Manager ) / Rs.60, 000 (Min) - 90, 000 (Max) (For Dy. Vice President) per month ((The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits)
Qualification:
Essential: Post Graduate Diploma in Management / MBA (Full time course only)
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 10 years (For DGM) / 12 years (For DVP) experience in the field of Product Management functions out of which atleast 3 years experience in handling brand and advertising agency.
Desirable: 5 years experience in OTC / FMCG products.
