Job Description
1. Allocation of work to workmen as per days plan.
2. To give instruction to workmen for labeling the status of equipment.
3. To clean the equipment as per SOP of cleaning of equipment and recording in log book.
4. Handling and recording of calibration and use of dip scale, weighing machine, tank, equipment used, cleaning and use Macleod gauge.
5. To implementation of SOP of batch charging, job card filling, log book filling, issuance, receiving and returning of raw material and packaging material to store, labeling, using of standard abbreviations in unit and name of raw material.
6. To check the quantity and quality of dispensed raw material, observation during operation and online rejection if required.
7. Responsible for operation and cleaning of AHU system in sensitive area. Entry and exit procedure follow up during API milling, blending and packaging. Handling of reverse flow powder contaminates station, sampling and cleaning of packaging room.
8. To implement correct way of unit operation in process, operation of equipment and recoveries of solvent as per SOP.
9. To maintain the cGMP requirement cleaning, use of labeling to dedicated containers or solvents drums of intermediate and if damaged disposal of containers to scrap yard of industrial residual waste or trade waste yard.
10. To control over cross contamination while storing, labeling of intermediate, raw material and API in process as per SOP of labeling, numbering and handling of finished API.
11. Responsible for packaging the API after releasing by QA as per SOP and send to BSR.
12. Execution of export order as per plan.
13. Responsible for housekeeping, entry, and exit of material and personnel in production area, sensitive area, ceilings of building and surrounding area.
14. Responsible for controlling manufacturing process ,receiving raw material in plant, used accessories, Using of days tank, manufacturing, cleaning, process validation, process implementation, and reprocess if required.
15. Responsible for handling of released intermediate, recovered solvent and intimation to QC for analysis.
16. Responsible for safe operation in plant and during hot work permit.
17. Responsible for manufacturing premises for pest control, rodent control recording air curtain and its observation, painting and cleaning of drainage.
18. Responsible for maintenance work, preventive maintenance, disposed of waste and damaged centrifuge bags, filter pads used in API.
19. Implement the plan of production given by Dy. Manager / superior.
20. Responsible for opening and closing of plant on holiday or weekly off.
21. Handling of purified water system.
22. To take care of inter departmental Co-ordination to get done work in plant.
23. To control over the lots yields, recovery for productivity.
24. All process operation handling safe way to avoid any emergency.
25. To avoid any type spillages and give well cooperation to ETP department.
In absences of Mr. A. H. Ghag other officer/ superior will take care of plant production
