Job Description:
Strategic Role
• Servicing of Multiproduct demand – Systems and Structure
• Maintaining Service levels (OTIF) as per Service level Agreements (SLA s) for supplies from India to various Mylan Global Affiliates (US/Canada/EMEA/APAC)
• Accountable for Inventories including Months on Hand Coverage (MOH).
• Support Various operartional performance improvement and cost saving initiatives in Supply chain arena .
• Assist manufacturing in long term capacity planning
Operational Role
• Manage Demand (Forecast+Purchase orders) from various Mylan Affiliates and integrate the same with Supply Planning
• Monthly S&OP(Sales and Operational Planning) meeting with all stakeholders for freezing mid term production plan . Align group on new product launches as per delivery commitment.
• Execute MRP on SAP, generate shortages and finalise MPS based on Commits from Purchase.
• Co-ordination for delivery against schedules from purchase, quality and manufacturing
• Feedback to markets
• Weekly calls with each Mylan Affiliates to update on delivery status, forecast inaccuracy etc
• Monthly calls with GSCM team to update performance, potential supply issues, demand planning gaps etc
• Review the gaps and bridge them with corrective actions
• Co-ordinate with various functions to ensure timely despatches
