Post: BUSINESS MANAGER (RETAIL PHARMACY)
Tasks
Business Manager (Retail Pharmacy) shall be responsible for establishing Retail Pharmacy business of the organization by establishing retail Pharmacies across the country in association with state health departments as well as Department of Medical Education. Apart from establishing the pharmacy stores he / she will be responsible for the profitable and sustainable operations of the stores by deploying proper monitoring systems.
Requirements
Maximum Age: 45 years (For DVP) / 50 years(For AVP) as on 01/05/2015
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment) : Rs.32900 - 58000/- (For Dy. Vice President ) / Rs.36600 - 62000/- (For Associate Vice President)
Annual CTC (Non-metro) : Rs.12.8 Lakhs (For Dy. Vice President ) / Rs. 14.2 Lakhs (For Associate Vice President) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale
Consolidated Pay Range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.60, 000 - 90, 000 /- (For Dy. Vice President ) / Rs. 70, 000 - 95, 000(For Associate Vice President) per month (inclusive of all allowances & benefits)
Qualification:
Essential: Any Degree
Desirable: Post Graduate in Management
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 12 years (For DVP) / 15 years (For AVP) experience in the field of retail stores out of which 5 years experience in retail store operations.
Desirable : 5 years experience in pharmacy Retail
