- To be responsible for Strategic Projects, CFA/Distributor Management, Procurement & Contract manufacturing
- Handling Order to Cash cycle (day to day Operations)
- CFA Performance management
- Inventory management
- Compliance to SOPs, Agreements, CFA costs, Infrastructure related, Secondary Channel Management; Primary and Secondary tracking and DOH Analysis & Audits
- Procurement / Purchase
- Procure-to-Pay cycle management for goods and services, Vendor Management, Cost savings, Provisioning & Reporting
- Project Management - Corporate Projects, Supply Chain Projects,
- New Product Commercialization
- Handling ad hoc projects
- EXIM Co-ordination - India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh
