PROTEIN SCIENTIST
Qualification:
M.S/M.Sc./M.Tech (Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology)
Experience Range: 2 to 6 years
Skill set required:
* Expert knowledge/skill sets in Protein Biochemistry including construct design, Protein expression and purification from multiple systems
* Analytical techniques : Gel electrophoresis. Western Blot, FPLC, HPLC, CD Spectroscopy.
MOLECULAR BIOLOGIST
Qualification: M.S/M.Sc./M.Tech (Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology)
Experience Ranee: 2 to 6 years
Skill set required:
* Well versed with Molecular Biology techniques such as PCR, Plasmid Isolation, Site directed Mutagenesis, Gene synthesis and Cloning techniques
* Handling of Molecular Biology analysis tools like Sequencher, Vector NTI.
HYBRIDOMA SCIENTIST
Qualification: M.S/M.Sc./M.Tech (Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology)
Experience Ranee: 2 to 6 years
Skill set required:
* Generate monoclonal antibodies using hybridoma technology.
* Employ molecular biology to decipher V-gene sequences.
* Perform small scale antibody purification and characterization.
* Perform ELISA, FACS, in vitro immunological assays (like proliferation), western blotting, IHC with antibodies.
* Purify polyclonal antibodies from rabbit sera and should have experience in animal handling.
CELL BIOLOGY
Qualification: M.S/M.Sc./M.Tech (Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology)
Experience Ranee: 2 to 6 years
Skill set required:
* Sound knowledge in Cell Biology and Transient transfection especially, generation of stable cell lines.
* Cell based assays/Reporter assays, knowledge of Real Time
PCR,Western Blotting.
