Job Description :
Direct team management, via demonstration of strong leadership and role modelling skills, of a defined Regional/CPO/Global BF, Hyderabad Forecasting Team to enable delivery of high quality forecasts, risks & opportunity analyses; support or challenge rationale for business cases/decision points and presentation of forecasting output to Brand Directors/ CPO stakeholders. Also responsible for developing and coaching Forecasting team at Hyderabad in line with Novartis people development requirements and Novartis Values and Behaviours.
Candidate Profile :
MBA or M.Pharm or any other relevant qualification English; any foreign language like German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese is added advantage 7+ years.
