Walk-in-Interview will be held on 27.03.2015 (Friday) at 10.30 a.m. at the conference room of Institute of Post Graduate Ayurvedic Education & Research, 294/3/1, A. P. C. Road, Kolkata for the engagement of Project Scientist-for the project “Preclinical (in-vitro and in-vivo) and clinical spermatogenesis studies of antioxidant medicinal plants (Sida cordifolia Linn. & Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn.) for the treatment of Sukra Dosh (Semen disorder)” sponsored by Department of Sciemce & Technology, West Bengal. The post is purely temporary and contractual in nature. Interested candidates from Indian National are requested to appear before the selection Committee with an application on prescribed format (which may be downloaded from the website -www.wbhealth.gov.in or office of the Professor-in -charge, I.P.G.A.E&R., Kolkata). Candidates should produce original of mark sheets, certificates & testimonials for verification. The eligibility qualifications and number of tentative positions are given below:
Post: Project Scientist
Essential Qualification: Post graduate degree in Science discipline (Ayurveda / Pharmacy/ Chemical Technology/Bio-technology etc.)
Desirable: Research experiences in phytochemical analysis, handling of sophisticated Instruments, in vitro and in vivo studies of drug development.
Remuneration: Project Scientists: @16,400/-p.m. in the 2nd year and in the 3rd year- Rs. 18,400/- per month (consolidated) because one year is completed.
Age limit: 35 years as on 1.03.2015
