Job Description:
The Trial Coordinator works with the Clinical Trial Team to ensure successful trial conduct in collaboration with Sponsor, GBS Line Functions and third-party vendors. Responsible for logistical aspects, vendors coordination and contribute to budget management of assigned clinical trial(s) executed by GBS Clinical Trial Services on behalf of Novartis Organizations and under the lead of Senior Trial Manager (Trial Lead)

Candidate Profile:
Life Science degree or equivalent Exposure to finance processes & reporting a plus. Fluent English (oral and written).
1. At least 6 years operational experience of clinical study execution in a pharmaceutical company or contract research organization.
2. Experience in finance: forecast, actuals, cost reconciliation, a plus
3. Strong technical and organizational skills (excel, MP,), Details oriented.
4. Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical practice
5. Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationship in a matrix and multicultural envi-ronment
6. Demonstrated presentation and diplomacy skills.
7. Strong customer oriented mindset
8. Willingness to act accountably in project / trial management
