Objective
This role incumbent is responsible for assisting the Pharmacy Incharge in dispensing of medicines, inventory management and take care of MOH work for Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities
1 Medicine Dispatch & Purchase Order
• Dispense medicines & prescriptions for in and out patients
• Perform Narcotic & pharmacy related work.
• Prepare purchase order for medicines
• Monitor and prevent or minimise side effects and drug interactions
• Provide medication counselling to patients
• Offer specialist drug therapy advice to doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals within the hospital
2 Inventory Management
• Supply and control of ward stocks
• Take care of issues related to the software
• Updation of the stocks received from the suppliers
• Management of short expiry medicaton
• Arrange medicines for patients which are not available in own pharmacy
