Post: Executive, Assistant Manager

Executive (Formulation)
· To carry out the production activity (ARM Dispensing/Solution /Formulation, Blending & Incubation)
· To carry out the qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activity of the formulation area equipments.
· Responsible for preparation and implementation of departmental related documents (SOP/BMR/Protocols)
· Planning and execution of media fill activity as per schedule.
· Coordination with warehouse for material issuances.
· Coordination with QA for daily operational issues.
· Coordination with Engineering for daily operational issues.
· To carry out the preparation for formulation activity and vessel preparation (CIP/SIP/compressed air/vent filter Integrity).
· To ensure the Cleaning, Operation, documentation and maintenance of all the formulation and dispensing area equipments.
· SAP entry of batch related information.
· To ensure GMP compliance as per the applicable National and International rules and guidelines Such as Schedule M and World Health Organization (WHO).

Asst. Manager - Formulation
· Responsible to carry out the day to day Formulation/blending & Incubation activity
· Planning, Preparation and execution of various production activity (ARM Dispensing/Solution Preparation /Formulation
· Responsible to ensure the online documentation as per cGMP
· Execution and Involvement in the qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activity of the formulation equipment
· Co-ordinate with R&D for technology transfers of new vaccines and carry out the formulation activity accordingly
· Responsible for preparation and implementation of departmental related documents (SOP/BMR)
· To ensure GMP compliance as per the applicable National and International rules and guidelines Such as Schedule M and World Health Organization (WHO)
· Coordination with warehouse for material issuances
· Coordination with QC for QC related activity (Sampling/Testing/Release/EMP)
· Coordination with Engineering for daily operational issues
· Impart training to the subordinates at shop floor regarding manufacturing operations
· Active Participation in various other related validation activity

. To ensure the cleaning and wrapping of accessories as per current SOPs.
. To carry out the preparation for solution activity and vessel preparation (CIP/SIP).
. Planning and execution of dispensing activity of IARM (IN Active Raw Materials).
. To carry out the production activity (ARM Dispensing/Solution Preparation )
. To carry out the qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activity
. Preparation and implementation of departmental related documents (SOP/BMR/Protocols)
. Process data compilation of the blending vessels through SCADA system
