Job Description:
• Global Commercial Operations (GCO) team provides analytical and operational support to Novartis internal business customers (across countries / regions / Global) on various low-medium complexity projects broadly across following service groups: o Marketing Effectiveness (Business Analytics, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence)
- Sales Force Effectiveness o Commercial Consulting
- Brand Insights
- Patient access services (Pricing and market access, etc.)
- Primary Market Research
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analytics on pharmaceutical data (e.g. doctor sales data, reps call activity data, payer data analysis, third party sales data) for Internal customers to enable informed decision making in sales and marketing of Pharmaceutical products
• Support team lead in all business related tasks, activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/ Post Graduate – Engineering, Pharmacy, Statistics & MBA with very good academic track record Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage Not required. Fresh college graduates/post graduates/interns can apply
