After the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2003 scientists were initially overwhelmed with the amount of massive genetic data which took an additional decade of clinical research to unravel the mysteries hidden in our DNA code. While we continue to explore the complexities of the human genome, massive efforts in the form of international multicentric genetic studies sponsored by both public and private organizations have been undertaken over the past 10 to 12 years and that has led to the rapid translation of these novel genetic findings from bench to bedside. We now have at our disposal the ability to analyze and assess an individual’s genetic make-up and to understand its impact on an individual’s genetic risk predisposition for most diseases. We can also screen the whole family for inherited traits or germline mutations

1. Monitoring and effective completion of TAT of each test.
2. Reagents and consumables minimum stock maintenance in store.
3. Addressing lab personnel requirements related to lab.
4. Effective maintenance of house keeping in lab.
5. Coordination with maintenance department regarding lab related work.
6. Preparation for sample handling.
7. ISO Documentation related to above all work.
