Job Description
1. Evaluation of Product Feasibility for meeting the Unmet Need
- Extensive Literature search for evaluating the ideas
- Understanding the unmet need
- Provide inputs on formulation feasibility/CMC,

2. Preparation Product Concept Notes
- Provide inputs for generating Target Product Profile
- Preliminary inputs on regulatory and IP milestones of the Innovator product
- Integration of inputs from various functions and compilation of Product Concept Note

3. Preparation of Strategy Design Notes
- Generation and compilation of Strategy Design Note
- Provide novel and patentable formulation strategies
- Liaising with R&D for exploratory and pre formulation studies

4. Preparation of Comprehensive Program Development Strategies
- Generate QTTP and CMC Strategies,
- Integration of Pre-Clinical and clinical Strategies for CMC development,
- Integration of IP and RA Strategies for Product Development
- Contribute in Pre-IND, IND and Pre-NDA meeting preparations

5. Extensive interactions with cross function teams in the organization and external partners
- R&D, Pre-clinical, clinical, RA, IP and Business Development

The candidate should be interested to contribute in NDDS- comprehensive product development strategies. (No physical R&D Work only Cerebral work)

Candidate Profile
Key Competencies:
- Must have experience in formulation development
- Fair understanding of Life Cycle Management Strategies in Pharmaceutical Products,
- Preliminary understanding on interplay of regulatory and IP strategies for shaping the pharmaceutical business
- Ability to comphrened the findings of scientific literature
- Aptitude to identify anomaly/paradox of the challenge,
- Ability to define the challenge statement in crisp yet comprehensive way and Problem Solving Aptitude

Preferred Qualification:
PhD or Mpharm (Pharmaceutics)

Required experience:
Formulation Development of all types of Dosage forms'
1-3 Years for PhD and 6-9 yrs for MPharm
