Job Description
- To Identify potential formulation development related issues, bottlenecks and requirements at strategy development phase itself and plan for the same accordingly
- To Ensure development of robust process in time
- To ensure smooth formulation development and develop better process control
- To Ensure timely filing and on time response to regulatory agencies
- To Identify and develop capabilities that enable future complex product development
- To Develop formulation capabilities within teams
Purpose: To Develop the product formula, ensure successful pilot & pivotal bio study, scale-up and exhibit, respond to deficiencies with proper justification
Educational & Experience: M Pharm/ Ph D Should have gained experience in end-to-end product development and troubleshooting, having developed at least one complex product (e.g. solid orals - extended release etc.; injectable - depot and disperse systems etc.) and delivered 5-7 products overall
