Executive – SCO (Liquid formulation)
We’re looking for an Executive in SCO (Liquid formulation) to join our team in Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The broad responsibilities would be to work with SCO (Liquid formulation).
- Involving and monitoring that production is running consistently and in compliance with the master batch records and operational/equipment Sop’s within relevant responsibility area
- Maintaining the process equipment and following operational SOP’s
- Follow-up on production quality (in-process controls, specifications and yield)
- Following up on deviations related to process and equipment and take corrective action
- Following up on production cost and capacity utilization
- Maintaining and filing of quality documents like batch record, checklist, log sheet…..etc
- Secure close collaboration with QC, QA, during production and follow-up
- Interact with Planning and CSR department to ensure right production schedule and committing right quantity and time
- Preparing protocols and conducting the process qualification trials
- Preparing protocols and conducting the cleaning validation trials
- Preparing reports
- Preparing relevant equipment/operation SOP’s
- Participating in audits
- Good manufacturing practice
- Practice work place safety
Qualifications
- Minimum years of experience from biotechnology or pharmaceutical production
- Strong understanding of GMP /Safety /Lean concepts
- Candidates with the related working experience in manufacturing environment, especially in Biotechnology/chemical/food industry will be an advantage
- Be strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
