Job description:- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the conduct of in vitro ADME/DMPK assays- metabolic stability, protein binding, CYP450 inhibition, hERG binding, cell permeability cytotoxicity and mechanism based in vitro assays.
- Candidates with a broad experience in cell culture (CaCo-2, transporter transfected cell lines) will be given favorable consideration.
Candidate Profile
- The position is open for fresh Ph.D in Pharmacology/ M.Pharm in Pharmacology/Pharmaceutical sciences or relevant Biological sciences with 2-3 years of experience in conduct of in vitro ADME assays.
- The candidate should be able to develop assays independently.
