Chemfar Organics (P) Ltd is a 100% Pharmaceutical Formulations exporting company established in 1998 having its registered office in Bangalore. The company is planning to launch a neutraceutical division, initially obtaining products on Contract Manufacturing subsequently setting up own state of the art manufacturing facility for Neutraceuticals.
With this in view the company is looking for Result oriented, motivated experienced individuals for the following posts

Job Description
(a) To head the division directly reporting to Director, he would be responsible for
(i) Selection of right product mix for initial launch in Southern States.
(ii) Budgeting, staffing and Pricing.
(iii) Selection of right Distribution Channels and Logistics.
(iv) Posting high sales and ROI.
(v) Adding new areas with a view to increasing sales.
(vi) Aggressively Marketing the products in selected regions.
(b) Qualification and Experience.
(i) B Sc or M Sc.
(ii) Have enough experience in Neutraceutical Field in South India.
(iii) Has proven track record of having launched Neutra products with excellent results.
(iv) Select and lead an efficient team of sales personnel and post high sales.
(v) Business Development and plan new launches.
(vi) Salary will be linked to results and comparable to industry standards.
