Post: Executive/ Sr. Executive - International Marketing (ROW Countries)

Job Description
- Shall be responsible for managing the complete ANDA API IP activities, new molecule identification for ANDA development with in-house API, delivering flawless patent opinions and summaries with a clear-cut non-infringement route and non-infringing form options
- Should possess skills in invalidating blocking API patents like process/ Intermediates/polymorphs and even product patents. Patent drafting and prosecution to be done for in-house patentable process/forms.
- Liasoning with internal stakeholders for New molecule identification with BD/.R&D, API to screen, study all relevant patents, make NI reports, discuss with R&D and suggest strategies to avoid patents.
- Should have hands exposure to draft/file/prosecute patents.
