Job Description:
1. Recruitment of qualified Territory Sales Executives, with potential for development within the company.
2. Responsible to develop and implement an adequate sales and promotional strategy that increases Alcon market share in units and values in the market in synergism with Marketing the other business and support units of the company within the assigned geographical market
3. Attainment of Sales volume / mix objectives and improvement of sales mix.
4. Feed back to the Zonal Sales Manager and Brand Manager on market and competition activities.
5. Development and implementation of promotional and sales call frequency based on efficiency tools to maximize the impact of the sales force deployment (i.e. Customer ABC analysis, territory administration, routing, etc.)
6. Adequate coverage of distribution channels that permit the optimization of the promotional activities impact with the physicians.
7. Sound management of Sales Terms, Distribution Channels and Policies and Commercial Policies.
8. Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of Sales activities, results, opportunities & threats to Zonal Sales Manager.
9. Monitor, control and ensure receivables in line with budget plans.

Candidate Profile
MBA or post graduation degree in Marketing, Economics or Medical Related Sciences Proficient in English & Local Languages Prior experience of being an area business manager with relevant ophthalmic area experience of 4 -5 years. Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Sales Force) experience
