Post: Regional Manager (2^nd line)

Job Description
Build and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan after thorough evaluation of market scenario in the assigned regions with Sales Manager. Select effective channel partners (Dealers/ Distributors/ Retailers/ Chemist) for greater market penetration. Ensuring execution of the sales plan.
Provide post sale service to Doctors & Hospitals including in servicing of product line, plus regular follow up.
Monitoring the implementation of the strategies
Monitoring and feedback of day-to-day activities
review of team on regular intervals

Candidate Profile
Education - Any Graduate
Age - Below 45 years
Should be must working as a 2^nd line manager in pharma company
