Job Description
Manages and directs sales force to achieve sales targets and budgets in every team members territory.
To ensure growth and increase in productivity in the region.
Implementation of companys sales strategy.
To maintain high levels of motivation amongst team members
To be a role model and lead by example.
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area, and at least 3 to 8 years of experience in the field. ( Hardcore or Handle with mix products- OPTHAL Segment)

Candidate Profile
Any Graduate
Minimum 2 year exp as a 2^nd line manager in pharama company
Should have knowledge of Opthal segment
