• Maintain harmonious relations between management and employees, workmen & supervisors
• Dealing with unionized workers and smooth wage settlement negotiations
• Manpower planning & proper utilization

Candidate Profile
Competencies Required:
• PG Degree with 10 years of experience or Graduate / Diploma with 12 years of experience in pharma/ API manufacturing co
• Computer Knowledge: Basics, SAP will be added advantage
• Ready to relocate to Mahad, Maharashtra
