Job Description
- Should build & execute Sales Strategy for the assigned territories in coordination with the sales team to deliver on Annual target on Sales Revenue.
- Should align and execute the Business Strategy with the team & Manage Channel / Dealers across territory.
Candidate Profile
- Should be a graduate with good communication skills.
- Should have considerable business and channel management experience in Suture/Surgical industry.
- Should have good knowledge of Sutures, supporting a rapidly growing the business.
- Preferences will be given for a person who has an established network within the Indian/Regional Surgical industries and opinion leaders.
- Should be an excellent communicator and able to work across cultures, matrix organizations and geographically dispersed decision makers. Ability to work at all levels of internal and external organizations.
