Job Description

  • Work & Support in implementation of Global Packaging mixes for innovation programmes
  • Support the technical hand-over of new packaging specs to regional deploy
  • Work on project relevant formats for Retail Ready or Secondary packaging  based on functional, technical insights with Global support wherever required
  • Provide packaging input into networks and project management for allocated CIP projects
  • Collate regional technical, consumer and capability inputs from regional teams to ensure easy adaptability of global innovations
  • Conduct component evaluation, testing to generate action standards, test methods based on Global Specifications.
  • Support in approving additional tools and components at Mould Maker and Supplier as per Global Packaging Action Standards  based on growing demands
  • Lend support to Supply functions – Development of new supplier development, supplier capabilities, evaluation of packaging hardware for new packaging formats
  • Collate knowledge and insights on Consumer Technical understanding and feed to Global team whenever required.
  • Implement  specific  Global Value Improvement Program (VIPs)  initiatives in primary packaging relevant to global Skin Care program

· Transit testing related to specific pack designs - coordinator / inspection / final report
· Co-ordinate specific packaging standards like – component approval / printing proof / shade card / limitation sample to support delivery of allocated projects


Education - Degree in Packaging Technology or Engineering

Work experience - 0 - 2 years of core experience in packaging development and application


Industry Preference - Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceutical, Packaging converters
