Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), formerly University of Indore was established in 1964, by an Act of Legislature of Madhya Pradesh. DAVV is a State University whose jurisdiction was initially restricted to only Indore city. Later on its jurisdiction was extended to seven tribal dominated districts of Indore division namely, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Dhar, Khargone, Khandwa, Burhanpur and Barwani. It is thus catering to the educational needs of the most industrially developed district of MP, Indore on one hand and to the seven tribal and rural backward districts of the State on the other.
Applications are invited for a project assistant under a MP Council of Science & Technology sponsored one year research project entitled “Formulation through computer aided optimization of new extended release antidiabetic drugs combination containing two complementary therapies and their evaluation”
Post: Project Assistant
Essential Qualification: First class M.Pharm. Degree with a specialization in Industrial Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutics
Last Date of application: 21th July 2014.
Total emoluments: Rs. 7000/- per month (Consolidated)
Nature of Job: Research Work
Tenure and condition of the post: The post is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis for a period of one year or completion/termination of the project whichever is earlier. There is no provision of rearrangement after termination of the project and School of Pharmacy, DAVV, will have No Liability, whatsoever, for this post. Project Investigator will have the exclusive right to terminate the Project Assistant due to unsatisfactory performance without assigning any reason.
Selection Procedure: The eligible candidates have to attend the Interview on 23th July, at 11.00 a.m. at School of Pharmacy, DAVV, Takshshila Campus, Khandwa Road (Ring Road), Indore. No separate letter will be issued for interview. Candidates should furnish all the testimonials in original at the time of interview.
It may please be noted that no TA/DA will be given to attend the interview.
